Your FlouState Pro subscription is flexible and easy to manage. Here's everything you need to know about managing your account.

Accessing Your Subscription

Where to Find Settings

  1. 1Sign in to floustate.com
  2. 2Click your profile menu (top right)
  3. 3Select "Manage Subscription"

Pro Tip: You can also access subscription settings directly at floustate.com/settings

Subscription Overview

In your subscription dashboard, you'll see:

Billing Cycle

Monthly or yearly plan status and renewal date

Payment Method

Last 4 digits of your card and expiration

Invoices

Download receipts for expense reports

Quick Actions

Update, pause, or cancel subscription

Common Subscription Actions

Switching Billing Cycles

Want to switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa)?

  1. 1. Go to subscription settings
  2. 2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. 3. Select your new billing cycle
  4. 4. Confirm the change

Note: When switching to yearly, you'll be credited for unused time. When switching to monthly, the change takes effect at your next billing date.

Viewing Billing History

Need invoices for accounting or tax purposes?

  • • Click "Billing History" in subscription settings
  • • View all past payments
  • • Download PDF invoices
  • • See payment methods used

Updating Billing Information

Card expired or need to change payment details?

Click "Update Payment Method" to securely update your card through Stripe's portal.

Supported: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and many debit cards.

Understanding Subscription Status

Active

Your subscription is current and all Pro features are enabled

Payment Required

Payment failed - update your card to maintain Pro access

Scheduled Change

Plan change or cancellation scheduled for next billing date

Cancelled

Subscription ended - using free tier features

If Your Payment Fails

Don't worry! Here's what happens:

  • • We'll email you immediately
  • • You have 7 days to update payment
  • • Pro features remain active during grace period
  • • After 7 days, account reverts to free tier
  • • Your data is always safe and never deleted

Stripe Customer Portal

For advanced billing management, we provide access to Stripe's customer portal where you can:

  • • Update payment methods
  • • Change billing address
  • • Download tax invoices
  • • View complete payment history
  • • Manage billing contacts

Access the portal from your subscription settings page.

Billing Security

  • • All payment processing handled by Stripe
  • • PCI DSS Level 1 certified (highest level)
  • • We never see or store your full card number
  • • 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
