Changing Payment Methods
Keep your subscription active by ensuring your payment method is always up to date. Here's how to update, add, or change your payment information.
When to Update Your Payment Method
Card Expiring
Update before expiration to avoid any service interruption
New Card
Got a new card? Update your details to keep subscription active
Payment Failed
If a payment fails, update your method within 7 days
Security Reasons
Compromised card? Update immediately for security
How to Update Payment Method

Go to Settings
Sign in and navigate to your account settings

Click "Manage Subscription"
Find this in your profile menu or settings page

Select "Update Payment Method"
This opens Stripe's secure payment portal
- 4
Enter New Card Details
Add your new card information securely
- 5
Save Changes
Your new payment method is now active
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a wide variety of payment methods through Stripe:
Credit Cards
- • Visa
- • Mastercard
- • American Express
- • Discover
- • Diners Club
- • JCB
Debit Cards
- • Visa Debit
- • Mastercard Debit
- • Other bank debit cards
Note: Prepaid cards may not be accepted
Managing Multiple Cards
Through the Stripe customer portal, you can:
- Add multiple payment methods
- Set a default payment method
- Remove old or expired cards
- Have a backup card on file
Troubleshooting Payment Updates
Card Declined
Common reasons and solutions:
- • Insufficient funds - ensure adequate balance
- • Daily limit reached - contact your bank
- • International transactions blocked - authorize with bank
- • Incorrect details - double-check card info
Update Not Saving
Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. If issues persist, contact support.
Can't Access Portal
Ensure you're signed in with the correct account. Portal links expire after 24 hours.
Billing Address
Your billing address must match the address associated with your payment method.
To update your billing address:
- 1. Access the Stripe customer portal
- 2. Click on your payment method
- 3. Update the billing address
- 4. Save changes
Note: Some card issuers may temporarily block transactions after address changes for security.
